Here is a Costa Rica gutter improvement.  This is Myriam Norman and Jorge Quiros walking down the street.

Costa Rica Streets and Sidewalks.  Notice the street gutters and the patched sidewalk, well that's what a lot of sidewalks and streeets look like throughout Costa Rica.  I sometimes think that Costa Ricans really like their potholes even though this street is one of the best Cost Rica has to offer.  This sidewalk looks more like a Costa Rica street.  I caught Myriam Norman in this photo trying to cross to the other side of the street.
